CONCH SALAD

Here is a recipe for an island favorite.

3 or 4 Medium size conch (cleaned, and diced into small pieces) 1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
1/2 cup lime juice or sour orange juice
Salt - Pepper - Hot Pepper to taste
(hot pepper - your favorite brand of hot sauce -- or crushed bird pepper)

Mix the above and chill for at least one hour. Now grab a cold “Kalik” beer, put on your Dr. Seabreeze C.D., fill up a small bowl with conch salad and enjoy the “Islands”!!!!!

Remember in the islands seasoning is “HOT - HOT - HOT”

(NOTE: Most large seafood stores will carry frozen conch)
