  
Island Goombay Smash
This is a great drink for you pineapple lovers. I think every bartender
in the Bahamas has his own twist on the recipe for this drink.
Jonathan, our bartender at the Inn, mixes up some great "Island" drinks
and here is the recipe for his famous "SMASH"!
Fill a tall 13-15
oz glass with ice and add:
1 1/2 oz Coconut Rum
3/4 oz White Rum
A splash of Galliano
Fill the glass with Pineapple Juice and stir.
Or, pour into a shaker and shake for that Tom Cruise "Cocktail" image!!! Garnish with
pineapple slice or cherry........ Now put on your Dr. Seabreeze C.D.,
sip your Gombay Smash and "take me back to the islands"!!!!! |
